A yearly art exhibition held at Puke Ariki in New Plymouth, showcasing local artists.
Translation of the topic traditions handed down.

“Storyteller”
Bedtime stories thousands of years old and passed down from generation to generation was my idea for this exhibition.
Growing up in Germany, the brother Grimm where a big part of our childhood.

I designed a sterling silver hinged book with a flush set 0.01ct white diamond made it into the exhibition 2020.

Drawn down silver plate to create a hollow tube to be soldered against two silver plates. Lined up and riveted with a silver wire to create a hinge. The textured surface is reflecting the light and the tiny diamond in the corner is adding an extra sparkle.
